Emi Grate – MR(s) BK 4

I’m originally from Burma. I came to the US for college in 2011. I’ve been in the NYC scene since summer 2015, and it’s only in spring 2017 when I decidedly became a Brooklyn gal. People know me for my singing, my makeup (especially the glitter brows), my illustrations and for engaging in identity politics.

During my time in the City, I’ve never won any titles, but I’d never had a chance to shoot for the title so many of my favs have held: Mr(s) BK. And this is my attempt at my first title!
